    Hello Corey,

I am 27 years old and about 300 pounds. I was an athlete all my life and only really put on the pounds after college and after my child. I am 5'9. I just wondered what your recommendations would be for someone that is really just getting started again working out and eating healthy. I have literally tried everything once. I have cut all the way back to even 1100 calories, but I feel like it was so drastic that I couldn't maintain it. Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thank you so much for all you do.

    Hi Lee Ann,
I would recommend mostly just the quality of food changing initially and the consistency of just making things happen.
Make sure you follow the every 3hrs eating small mea'sl type of plan don't worry about calories. The rule of thumb for the metabolism raising up is eat within 1 hour out of bed. I always found that a few eggs cooked however you like them just with seasoning no extra's is the most nutritious breakfast for your body for the metabolism to start. After that I found that the best snack for beginner females happens to be the Light-n fit yogurt form Dannon or Lowfat cottage cheese 1-2 serving's. Then mostly for lunch you want to stay towards white meat grilled and some pile of healthy greens vegetables or salads. I would recommend the same that you had for breakfast for the afternoon snack and then finish dinner same as lunch. Lee Ann you will be perfect for my program I will help educate you guys on what does what to your body I am really excited about it . have a great day…

    HI COREY,

I'M NOT TRYING TO MAKE EXCUSES ARE THERE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    1) I TAKE THYROID MEDICATION. I HAVE TO TAKE IT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. I HAVE TO WAIT ONE HOUR BEFORE EATING. I SOMETIMES HAVE TO WAIT UP TO FOUR HOURS, DEPENDING ON SOME FOOD CHOICES.
    2) I GAG ON COTTEGE CHEESE.
    3) THE EXERCISES THAT YOU LISTED AT THIS TIME THEY'RE A LITTLE TO STRENUOUS. I WORKING MY WAY BACK. I'M DOING SOME ARM; SOME CRUNCHES; SOME LEG; AND WALKING EVERYDAY EXCEPT SUNDAY AND SOME SATURSDAYS, USING MY OWN BODY WEIGHT.

    COREY, PLEASE HELP ME.

CCJ, The key to getting around what you are talking about with the medication is to eat almost perfect. Thyroid is a tricky thing but I have had many clients that have done well even with that problem. Keeping away from sugar and starch is the key and eat in the intervals I have mapped out. If you don’t like cottage cheese use eggs or a whey shake for breakfast . The beginner woman’s weight loss plan should work great for you just work up to all reps and sets. The key is your moving, your willing ,and you want to change so lets kick some butt!!

Cory. You haven't mentioned liquids. I drink 2 cups of coffe at breakfast with vanila creamer & the rest of the day I have water with lemon slices added. What are your requirements for liquids to take during the day?

Hello, I cant seem to find out how many capsules are in a container of Trim? Is one bottle meant top last one month..and perhaps you can direct me to where this information is stored/kept

The suggested daily water intake is 8 – 8 ounce glasses. A couple of cups of coffee in the morning is fine, just be sure to watch your caffeine intake after around 2 o'clock in the afternoon as it will effect your sleep. Thanks for the question and keep them coming!

There are 28 capsules in one bottle of Trim. A case is meant to last one person for one month.

I have been taking trim for two weeks now and I am not loosing weight.

It can take up to 2 months to get the full results of the Trim product. It takes time for the Trim to get into your system and regulate Leptin which controls the fat stored in your body. I wish you great success and please let me know if you have further questions.

The drink is not designed as a weight loss aid but for providing nutrients to your body.
