Swiss Shipping Update
Dear Swiss IBO’s,
We know there have been some delays on shipping to Swiss addresses and we apologize for those delays. We shipped the orders as they were placed, however customs retained the shipments because they did not have the correct paperwork approving our products for clearance so they shipped the orders back to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
We have been working with customs as quick as possible to clear up this matter and get them the correct paperwork to approve the shipments going to Switzerland. Customs has cleared us to ship and we have reshipped all of the orders for Switzerland.
We know this has caused a 2 to 3 weeks delay, but want to ensure everyone that the issue has been resolved, the orders shipped and there will be no delay moving forward. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Shipping Update for Europe:
We are moving from a third party shipper this week to a new shipper that is employed by Mandura in the Netherlands. Our new employee has over 20 years of experience shipping to all of Europe. We believe this will solve a lot of the shipping problems that some of you have been incurring over the last several months. Our Goal is to lower shipping costs over the next few weeks and months and increase the level of customer service because of this transition as well.
We are very excited about our new employee and know it will benefit both Mandura and the IBO’s working hard to grow their business. This transition will speed up the auto shipments going out this week starting October 13, 2011. We will be emailing you a tracking number so that you are able to track your package more efficiently. Please understand there will always be problems when shipping products all over Europe, but we will do everything possible to solve the problem quickly.

Questa settimana stiamo cambiando da un corriere esterno terza parte ad un corriere nuovo che è diretto impiegato Mandura in Olanda. Il nostro nuovo dipendente ha oltre 20 anni di esperienza nel campo logistico in tutta Europa. Crediamo che questo risolverà molti dei problemi di spedizione che alcuni di voi hanno avuto nel corso degli ultimi mesi. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di abbassare i costi di spedizione nelle prossime settimane e mesi e aumentare il livello di servizio al cliente a grazie a questa transizione.
Siamo molto entusiasti del nostro nuovo dipendente e sappiamo che andrà a beneficio sia di Mandura sia degli IBOs che stanno lavorando duramente per far crescere il loro business. Questo passaggio permetterà di accelerare le spedizioni a partire dal 13 ottobre 2011. Saremo in grado inoltre di inviarle un numero di tracking in modo di poter essere in grado di monitorare il pacco in modo più efficiente. Mise à jour du service Expédition pour l’Europe:
Nous passons d’un expéditeur tiers cette semaine à un nouvel expéditeur qui est employé par Mandura aux Pays-Bas. Notre nouvel employé a plus de 20 années d’expérience dans l’expédition dans toute l’Europe. Nous croyons que cela résoudra beaucoup de problèmes d’expédition que certains d’entre vous ont subi au cours des derniers mois. Notre objectif est d’abaisser les coûts d’expédition dans les prochaines semaines et prochains mois et d’augmenter le niveau de service à la clientèle en raison de cette transition.
Nous sommes très heureux concernant notre nouvel employé et nous savons que cela va profiter à la fois à Mandura et aux IBOs qui travaillent dur pour développer leurs affaires.
