We are so excited to announce the success of our trip to Europe this past month. My wife, K.C., and I were able to travel to Paris, France; Rome, Italy and Ljubljana, Slovenia to meet with leaders and IBO’s. It was a special experience to be able to spend time with our reps and share the new 180 Energy Shot with our European field.
In Paris we had lunch with the leaders and then spoke at a meeting in the beautiful Hotel Napoleon where I was able to personally award Adolphe Kamdem the Grand Imperial Crown pin for his hard work and dedication to Mandura.
We also recognized Etienne Denis and JanLuc Rivallon for the achieving the rank of Grand Imperial Centurion! Wow! We then had a gourmet dinner on the fabulous boat Le River Palace with several IBO’s and enjoyed being able to spend time with them and listening to all of their wonderful stories of how Mandura has made a difference in their lives and the lives of people they knew.
In Rome, we spent Saturday afternoon being shown the sites of this beautiful city by several IBO’s and our very own Noemi, who is from Italy and handles International Relations. We then had a wonderful dinner at an exquisite restaurant with Italian leaders and were able to hear about their lives and how Mandura has changed them. At the meeting on Sunday, we had a huge turnout at the Black Hotel where we recognized the success of several IBO’s with Rank Pins. Gianni Ciprietti received his Elite Royal Crown; Davide Schiarizza received his Royal Crown, and Aurora Bloise received the rank of Premier Royal Crown and we were also able to recognize Mauro Ciprietti, Alfano Farinelli for achieving the level of Royal Centurion and Osvaldo Paollucci (aka Don Diego) and receiving not only the rank of Royal Centurion but also his first Royal Fleet Bonus check.
Then it was on to Slovenia where we saw castles and dragons and met with several of our leaders for dinner. We were able to spend a quiet evening with the leaders talking about the Mandura business and the success they had in the past and how they were looking forward to with the launch of the new 180 energy shot.
We were able to recognize several people in Slovenia with Rank Pins. This is a great accomplishment and takes work and dedication so we were so excited to be able to personally congratulate the leaders that have been working so hard to achieve success. Zdenka Hrovat was awarded the Royal Crown pin. The IBO’s receiving their Premier Royal Crown pins were Dragan Marjanovic, Goran Zelic and Vladislav Gasljevic; Elite Royal Crown were Rasim Hadzic, Darko Ovtar and Zvone Pilih and the IBO’s achieving the rank of Royal Centurion were Senad Alilov, Milan Smigovc, Ivan Bezjak and Ornik Valerija. Congratulations to each of you on your success!
We are truly grateful to our hosts in each country and the time people took away from their lives to spend with us. It was such a privilege to be able to meet and spend time with each person and we feel very blessed to have been able to travel to see them.

Happy New Year Mandura IBO’s!!!!
We at Mandura Corporate have been working on some amazing things for 2011. We are ready to start the New Year out right. We have developed the perfect storm of incentives and new products, to help make your 2011 the most prosperous year ever! We will be implementing “compression” to our compensation plan; we will be adding an incentive bonus program and we will be adding some exciting new products!
Mandura is excited to announce that beginning January 1st 2011; we will be installing compression into the Compensation Plan. This means that anyone in your personal group who does not have at least a $30.00 order of one of the Mandura Products will be converted to a Retail Customer Status and the IBOs below that person will compress up to the next qualified IBO. The computer system will now look to see if an order has been placed anytime in the calendar month and if no order has been placed, that position will be compressed on the 1st of the following month. This pattern will continue every month moving forward.
Remember, the current Compensation Plan is still in effect, meaning you will only get paid for the number of generations you are qualified to receive based on your Qualifying Volume.
Starting January 1st 2011, you will now be able to change your autoship date to any date that is best for you, but remember with compression it is your responsibility to get your order in to avoid having your position compressed, so do not wait for the last minute to make sure your order gets completed.
To benefit from compression you must order at least one of the Mandura products listed below in a Calendar Month. Below is a list of available Products for each country for the Month of January 2011. Our goal is allow all Mandura Products in the Countries listed below in the very near future. Please look at the list below to see what Mandura Products are available in your country, and remember you must have an order of at least $30.00 to benefit from compression, and to also avoid having your position compressed.

Das Computer System wird nun nach der nächsten Bestellung innerhalb diesen Kalendermonats suchen und bei jenen Personen ohne Bestellungen wird diese Position komprimiert und das an jeden 1. des folgenden Monats. Nach diesem Muster wird von jetzt an jeder Monat vorgehen.
Beachten Sie, der jetztige Vergütungsplan ist immer noch effektiv, im Betracht auf daß Sie nur für die Anzahl der Generationen ausgezahlt werden wo Sie, durch Ihren qualifizierenden Volumen, qualifizieren.
Ab1. Januar 2011, werden Sie die Möglichkeit haben Ihr Autoshipdatum selber zu ändern. Bitte beachten Sie, dass mit der Kompression, ist es Ihre Verantwortung Ihre Bestellung für den Monat durchzuführen um die komprimierung Ihrer Position zu verhindern. Szeretnénk bejelenteni, hogy 2011. január 1. től aktiválásra került a dinamikus kompresszió, ami beépül a marketing tervbe. Ez azt jelenti, hogy bármelyik IBO, aki nem rendel legalább 1db terméket (30 dollár) a rendszer átminősíti vevői státuszba és az alatta lévő aktív IBO lép fel a szintjére, ha az adott tárgy hónapban nem rendel terméket. A rendszer ezt ellenőrzi, hogy rendelt terméket a tárgy hónapban, ha nem akkor automatikusan a következő hónap 1. napján életbe lép a kompresszió. Ez a folyamat minden hónapban megismétlődik.
Emlékeztetőül, a jelenlegi marketing terv szabályai alapján kerül minden aktív IBO kifizetésre. Vagyis a megrendelt termék vagy termékek után járó mélységig jogosult a jutalékra.
2011. január.1. től lehetőség nyílik arra, hogy megváltoztassa a havi kötelező(Autoship) dátumát, amelyik a legkedvezőbb Önnek. Kérem, vegye figyelembe a dinamikus kompresszióval kapcsolatban az Ön felelőssége a terméket megrendelni, hogy megtartsa pozícióját. Ne várjon az utolsó pillanatig a rendelésével.

Do nášho kompenzačného plánu budeme implementovať „zhustenie“; budeme pridávať program stimulujúcich bonusov a pridáme niekoľko nových úžasných produktov!
Spoločnosť Mandura s potešením vyhlasuje, že začiatkom januára 2011 bude inštalovať zhustenie do kompenzačného plánu. Znamená to, že každému z vašej osobnej skupiny, kto nemá objednávku výrobkov spoločnosti Mandura v hodnote minimálne $ 30,00, sa zmení status na maloodberateľa a osoby IBO pod touto osobou sa zhustia až po ďalšieho oprávneného IBO. Počítačový systém bude teraz sledovať, či bola vykonaná akákoľvek objednávka kedykoľvek v kalendárnom mesiaci, a ak nebola vykonaná žiadna objednávka, táto pozícia sa stlačí na 1. nasledujúceho mesiaca. Ve společnosti Mandura Corporate už nějakou dobu pracujeme na některých zajímavých věcech určených pro rok 2011. Jsme připraveni je hned v novém roce realizovat. Vyvinuli jsme celou řadu pobídek a nových produktů, abychom učinili z roku 2011 Váš nejúspěšnější rok vůbec! Provedeme „zhuštění” našeho plánu odměňování, doplníme ho o pobídkový program bonusů a přidáme některé nové skvělé produkty!
Za společnost Mandura Vám tak můžeme s potěšením oznámit, že od 1. ledna 2011 budeme uplatňovat zhuštění v plánu odměňování. To znamená, že komukoliv z Vaší osobní skupiny, kdo nebude mít objednávku na nějaký produkt Mandura za alespoň 30,00 $, se změní status na maloobchodního zákazníka a osoby IBO se pod touto osobou zhustí na další oprávněné IBO. Počítačový systém bude teď sledovat, jestli byla kdykoliv během kalendářního měsíce umístěna objednávka. Pokud nebyla, tato pozice se stlačí na 1. místo následujícího měsíce. Tento model se bude uplatňovat každý následující měsíc.
Nezapomínejte za to, že současný plán odměňování nadále platí, což znamená, že dostanete zaplaceno pouze za počet vytvořených objednávek, který jste oprávnění přijmout na základě schváleného objemu.
Od 1. ledna 2011 si budete také moci změnit datum Vašeho automatického zasílání na datum, které Vám bude nejvíce vyhovovat. Bij Mandura Corporate hebben we enkele fantastische dingen voorbereid voor 2011. We zijn klaar om onmiddellijk van start te gaan met het nieuwe jaar. We hebben een perfecte storm van incentives en nieuwe producten ontwikkeld om van 2011 uw voorspoedigste jaar ooit te maken! ‘Compressie’ wordt aan ons compensatieplan toegevoegd, er komt een prestatiepremieplan en er zijn enkele spannende nieuwe producten!
Mandura is blij te kunnen aankondigen dat vanaf 1 januari 2011 compressie in het compensatieplan wordt ingevoerd. Dit betekent dat de status van iemand in uw persoonlijke groep die niet ten minste $30,00 van een van de Mandura-producten bestelt, wordt omgezet in retailklant en dat de IBO’s eronder ‘comprimeren’ tot de volgende gekwalificeerde IBO. Het computersysteem controleert nu of een bestelling is geplaatst in de kalendermaand. Als er geen bestelling is geplaatst, wordt de betrokken positie gecomprimeerd op de eerste dag van de volgende maand. Dit patroon wordt elke volgende maand voortgezet.
Denk eraan dat het huidige compensatieplan nog steeds van kracht is, d.w.z. u wordt alleen betaald voor het aantal generaties waarvoor u kwalificeert op basis van uw kwalificerende volume.

En Mandura Corporate hemos estado trabajando en algunos aspectos increíbles para 2011. Hemos implementado una “compresión” en nuestro plan de remuneración, añadiremos un programa de incentivos y agregaremos productos nuevos y revolucionarios.
Mandura se complace en anunciar que a partir del 1 de enero de 2011, vamos a comprimir el Plan de remuneración. Esto significa que cualquiera que se encuentre en su grupo personal que no cuente con al menos una orden de $30 de uno de los productos Mandura, adquirirá el estado de cliente minorista y los IE que se encuentren por debajo de esa persona se comprimirán hasta el siguiente EI calificado. Vamos implementar a “concentração” no nosso Plano de Compensações, criar um programa de bónus de incentivo e acrescentar novos e entusiasmantes produtos à nossa gama!
A Mandura tem o prazer de anunciar que, a partir de 1 de Janeiro de 2011, vamos implementar a concentração no nosso Plano de Compensações. Isto significa que aqueles que, no seu grupo pessoal, não tiverem pelo menos uma encomenda de USD 30,00 de um dos Produtos Mandura serão convertidos para a Categoria de Cliente de Retalho e os PNI abaixo dessas pessoas serão concentrados no PNI elegível seguinte. Agora, o sistema informático verá se foi colocada alguma encomenda durante o mês de calendário e, se tal não tiver acontecido, essa posição será concentrada no primeiro dia do mês seguinte. Este padrão continuará a aplicar-se todos os meses.
Lembrem-se: o Plano de Compensações actual continua em vigor, o que significa que só serão pagos pelo número de gerações que forem elegíveis para receber com base no vosso Volume Elegível.
A partir de 1 de Janeiro de 2011, poderão alterar a vossa data de auto-envio para qualquer data que vos seja mais conveniente. Lembrem-se que, com a concentração, é da vossa responsabilidade colocarem a vossa encomenda para evitarem a concentração da vossa posição. Não esperem pelo último momento para se certificarem da concretização das vossas encomendas.

December Update
Well 2010 is coming to an end! What a great Year it has been. We have launched 16 new countries this year. Mandura is quickly becoming an International Opportunity for both physical and financial health!

With its unique product and altruistic business concept, Mandura has people taking notice.They say that blood is thicker than water. The ties of family are undeniably powerful. Maybe that’s why the bonds at Mandura have grown so strong so quickly. Not only are the members of the executive team a tightknit group, but the family atmosphere spills over into the field as well. True, as with most network marketing companies, many of the independent business owners are indeed related. However, the “all for one, and one for all”-type desire to see everyone succeed is pervasive throughout the company. The fascinating thing is that while Mandura is not a family business, per se, it certainly has all the makings of one.
It’s no accident. In reality, the family focus at Mandura is something the founders have carefully planned and worked hard to foster. So, just how has Mandura managed to capture the family feel, creating a unified, cohesive group—and how has that contributed to the company’s rise within the direct selling industry? Well, it all starts at the top.
And So It BeginsAt the very heart of Mandura is an actual family. The founders are a husband-and-wife team, determined to change the world for the better. Casey and K.C. Yarbrough (yes, you read that correctly) had been searching for a way to make a positive difference in the lives of others and were surprised by what they found. “We had been looking for the right opportunity—a way to help people get healthier,” says Casey Yarbrough begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting, CEO of Mandura. “We set out to find a superior product that we could believe in. And we didn’t have to wait very long before our prayers were answered.”
When you think about just how Mandura came to be, it’s really quite serendipitous. The couple had told only a handful of people about their plans, and within a short time, the life-changing call came in. In a fortuitous turn of events, a friend of theirs, who was selling a commercial real estate property, just happened to see a brochure sticking out of his client’s gym bag. The subject of the pamphlet, to his surprise, was a unique new liquid supplement formulated to maximize wellness, bottled to exacting standards. Wouldn’t you know it—the client’s friend in California had been exploring ways to market his unique product. And the rest, as they say, is history. “It almost seemed too good to be true,” Casey says. “We knew right away that this was what we had been looking for. We were being guided in our new direction.”
Once they found their product, there was no question the Yarbroughs’ next venture would be to create a network marketing company. The couple had the utmost faith in the business model, since they had risen to great success with another (now defunct) direct selling company. Their experience had taught them what worked and what didn’t… and they were ready to branch out on their own.
It came to the attention of researchers several years ago that while Americans are suffering from obesity at an alarming rate, they are also extremely undernourished. It is an odd conundrum, if you think about it. For the most part, the foods we choose to eat contain empty calories and lack sufficient nutrition to keep us healthy.
It is something that has weighed heavily on the Yarbroughs’ minds. In fact, with three young boys at home, the couple has long been concerned with everything health- and wellness-related. In addition to their signature beverage, which has served the company well since its inception, Mandura recently introduced Mandura Trim, which helps with weight loss.
“It’s no secret that people are not getting the nutrition they need,” Casey says. “Our goal is to try to alleviate that problem by offering them a nutritional supplement that gives them more energy and helps them feel better at the same time.” When the couple discovered the formulation that would become Mandura, they were blown away by all its beneficial ingredients.

In Asia, the durian and the mangosteen have been revered for centuries for their complementary properties. Better together, the fruits work synergistically to help improve nutrition and promote wellness. For good measure, Mandura’s blend also includes two of the most illustrious superfruits, the blueberry and açai. “Mandura is packed with the best fruit around and absolutely no preservatives,” Casey says. “So I like to tell people that it has all of the good stuff with none of the bad stuff!”
It is no small feat to deliver a product without preservatives. Not many companies can boast such a claim. And yet, Mandura still has up to a two-year shelf life before it is opened. “We have read so much information about the studies that are being done about the safety of preservatives,” Casey says. “We didn’t want to take any chances, and we’re happy to say we don’t need them in Mandura.”
The key is a unique, patented process, where the inside of the bottle is sprayed and rinsed with a vinegar base that prevents the need for overheating later. Next comes flash-pasteurization and cold filling, which helps prevent spoiling and preserves the integrity of the product at the same time. Only three bottling facilities in North America utilize this FDA- and USDA-approved process, and two of them belong to Nestlé and Pepsi.
From the start, the one-of-a-kind bottling process was a big selling point for the Yarbrough family. “We want to deliver a superior product that we can be proud of,” Casey says. “And we want people to feel confident about what they are consuming. Best of all, it tastes great!”
That was a primary concern for K.C.—both as the Vice President of Operations for Mandura and as a mom—because it doesn’t really matter how nutritious a product is if no one will drink it. “I said from the start that if it doesn’t taste good, the kids won’t drink it,” K.C. says. “But we don’t have to worry about that. In fact, there have been times when we’ve had to ask them to slow down so that we can have some, too!”
“One Line. One Team. One Vision.” It is a motto that goes deeper than mere marketing jargon. Launched Oct. 14, 2008, Mandura has grown to an impressive 15,000 independent business owners (IBOs) in just over a year’s time. Even more notable is the fact that the company really started mushrooming last summer, after rolling out their new compensation plan. “With our system, the more you do personally, the more you share in the success of the company,” Casey says. “And I really do believe this is the reason we have grown so quickly.”

Whether it is by accident or by design, Mandura has achieved a rare companywide unity, reminiscent of family, for which they are at once proud and thankful. “Everyone works together to help their neighbor succeed,” Casey says. “Because when they do, we all benefit.”
Without a doubt, the company’s consistent training program ensures an IBO’s success at every level—no matter what their experience with direct selling has been prior to starting with Mandura. “We offer a wide variety of training options to our people,” Casey says. “No one learns the same way. So we try to provide several different ways for our teams to stay engaged and plugged in to help them reach their goals at every stage of the game.”
The majority of people prefer traditional training methods, such as the nightly conference calls and twice-weekly leadership calls, to stay connected and up to date with the latest news and information. For the computer-savvy crowd, Mandura hosts a webinar one Saturday every month that lasts several hours. And for those who prefer learning at their own pace, a training Web site will soon be available that will outline the “30 Days to Platinum” program. While there, IBOs can also print a workbook from the site, and they can watch videos, download forms and get answers to just about anything they need to know about how to build their business.
“Some people would rather watch a video than listen in on a call or read a manual, so we created Mandura TV,” Casey says. “It’s a link on our Web site that allows us to provide new information to the field in a fun, entertaining way.”
In addition, the company has launched their own social network, “Mandura in Motion,” that operates very much like Facebook or LinkedIn. The site enables teams to share valuable information or just stay in touch with a few clicks of the mouse. “Mandura in Motion has been a great tool for our people,” Casey says. “This is how people communicate today. And more than anything else, it has been a great way for us to build lasting relationships with each other.”
In an effort to help more people get started on the road to financial freedom, Mandura has a low entry point for their IBOs. To be on autoship, all someone has to do is buy one bottle a month. It sounds simple, because it is. “We want people to begin making more money than they spend right away,” Casey says. “In this economy, people need as much help as they can get. We want to make it possible for anyone to benefit from this opportunity.”

In an effort to encourage philanthropy and make it easy for people to donate, it is automatically part of the system. “This way, people can give back without doing anything different,” K.C. says. “Mandura Missions has partnered with Kids Against Hunger to help feed hungry children in our own neighborhoods.”
The way it breaks down is that one bottle equals one meal for a local person in need where the bottle was sold. “We know there is a lot of need overseas, but there are also a lot of people here at home who need our help,” Casey says. “The sad truth is that we have people who are starving in our own communities. And we want to start here in the United States to do what we can to help.”
Not only do their donations provide the food, but Mandura corporate also hosts local packing parties to help put together the bags of food to be sent out. To date, they have packed as many as 28,000 meals in one month. And even though their primary focus is eradicating hunger at home, the group absolutely believes in helping people anywhere in the world who need it. When an earthquake devastated Haiti recently, Mandura Missions gathered to pack 6,000 meals for the survivors there.
Within the next 90 days, Mandura will expand into Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and food will start going to help hungry children in those areas as well. “Although the main purpose of Mandura Missions is to help prevent people from going hungry, this program also has had a huge impact on the leaders who deliver the packets to the food pantries, too,” K.C. says. “Who knows… maybe their involvement in this project will create a spark to get them to ask what else they can do to help out.”
One thing leads to another. That’s just the kind of grass-roots thinking that will keep Mandura on their path to success. “We believe strongly in giving back, and we try to show that through our actions,” Casey says. “It’s one thing to say you care about people, but when you study your business opportunity, your product and your philanthropy—do they reflect that as well? We strive to make sure ours does.”

Team Volume Points
As you know, when you enroll in Mandura your Team Volume Points accumulate with every purchase that is made after you. Beginning November 1st, anyone in a county that is open for orders and does not place an order will lose all Team Volume Point. Beginning November 1st anyone who does not place at least a $30 order in a calendar month will lose all Team Volume Points. When that IBO places another order their Team Volume points will begin to accumulate again.

Emlékeztetünk mindenkit, hogy a Group Volume Bónusszal kapcsolatban a kvalifikáció szombat reggel 6 órakor magyar idő szerint lezárul. Ez azt jelenti,hogy ha kvalifikáltál 30 Q V. Ponttal és a 3-ik és 4-ik mélységedben rendelés történt. Akkor szombat reggel 6 óráig van időd, hogy rendelj legalább 55 Q V pont értékben, hogy jogosult legyél a 3-ik és a 4-ik generáció után járó Group Volume Bónuszra.
Builder Bónusz
A builder Bónuszhoz nem kell megvárni a szombat reggel 6 órát, hogy minősüljön valaki. Abban a percben amikor 3,5,7 vagy 10 karton vásárlás megtörtént a rendszer megkeresi az 1. és a 2-ik kvalifikált buildert és azonnal kifizeti a Builder Bónuszt. Ahhoz, hogy valaki kvalifikálja magát a Builder Bónuszra,vásárolnia kell legalább 3,5,7 vagy 10 karton autoship-et. GV Resetting to Zero on The First of every Month
Current GV Structure
The problem with the current GV structure is that we have always given GV
s for potential autoships for the upcoming month. As an example it was showing GV points for all potential orders in the 6 EU countries. If those orders did not become real orders, then we are forced to take away those potential GV points. In the past we have always reset the GV points on the 1st of every month to reflect the potential autoships for the upcoming month. This method did not require us to reset the GV points back to zero every month, but it did require us to make an educated guess at the potential GV points for the upcoming month. Throughout the month we would adjust the GV points up or down based on actual orders. Needless to say this has caused a lot of confusion. We feel we have a better solution.
We will be resetting the GV points to zero on the first of every month and then only giving GV points for real orders as they come in throughout the month. This way you will have an accurate account of GV points on a daily basis. With this method we would only add GV points and not take them away. Remember the main purpose of the GV points is to help you qualify for the 20 Bonus Pools. This coming Thursday, September 30th, we will be resetting all GV points to zero at Midnight EST. Friday, the 1st of October all GV points will begin to accumulate as orders are processed. As your GV points accumulate, you will qualify for more and more of the 20 Bonus Pools. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR QUALIFICATION FOR THE SEPTEMBER BONUS POOLS. WHATEVER YOUR GV POINTS WERE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER WILL DETERMINE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS. YOU CAN ALWAYS CLICK ON THE PREVIOUS MONTHS QULIFICATION BUTTON UNDER THE GV CHART ON THE HOME PAGE TO SEE YOUR GV POINTS FOR THE PERVIOUS MONTH. PLEASE SEE THE IMAGE BELOW):
