Hi. My name is Casey Yarbrough, and I’m the CEO and co-founder of Mandura, and I want to thank you for joining us for today’s Webinar on The Mandura Opportunity. Now, we all know that there’s a financial and health epidemic in the United States that it’s never seen before, and our goal with Mandura is to help people improve their physical and financial health.
Now, we all know that we need to be eating fruit and vegetables on a daily basis, but how many people do you know that are actually getting the recommended thirteen servings of fruit and vegetables every single day?
It’s been estimated that up to 70% of adults are NOT getting the daily recommended dose, and I think that number’s low. I think it’s more like 90%. And probably 95% of children are not getting the daily recommended dose of fruit and vegetables. So many people are on the go, and so many people are living in a fast-paced society right now that most people are not slowing down enough to get it.
So what we’ve done is we’ve done is we’ve searched the globe to find exotic superfruit, and we’ve got four that we’re about to talk about, and these four are good enough to stand all on their own. There are companies that are featuring the durian. This is called the king of fruit. We found that in Southeast Asia. Some companies are using this as their main superfruit.
Now, we’re excited that we have that—durian is an amazing fruit, has organa-sulfur compounds in it, very similar to garlic. It also has the healthy amino acid tryptophan, which turns to serotonin and melatonin, so there’s many health benefits associated with the durian. Now, we also have the mangosteen, and some companies have sold a billion dollars worth of mangosteen juice, and so we know that it’s an amazing fruit.
It’s got xanthones in the perocarp of the fruit, and we know that it’s absolutely amazing. Now, in Southeast Asia, these two fruits are meant to go together.
One’s called the king, the other’s called the queen. The durian has the ability to heat you up, and the mangosteen has the ability to cool you down, so it’s a balancing between the two.
Now, we also have the acai berry. Some doctors have said that it’s the number one superfood in all the world. Now whether it is or it isn’t, it’s gotta be pretty good for you for a doctor to even make that claim. Some of the reasons that some of those claims have been made is that your body needs to consume about twenty different amino acids, and this one fruit has all twenty amino acids.
It’s also very high in antioxidants, and also has omega fatty acids in it. It’s just an amazing fruit all by itself. Now, another fruit is the blueberry out of North America. So, the blueberry tastes great and it’s good for you.
We’ve taken these four exotic superfruits and we’ve combined them into one nutritional drink called Mandura.
Now, the exciting part is that we have a bottling facility in Southern California that allows us to bottle this with no preservatives. Now, how we’re able to do that is we have a flash pasteurization process that you can watch a video about on our Web site, and on that video it will explain that we rinse the bottle after it’s been sterilized with an all-natural chemical that starts as a vinegar base, and then they only heat up the product for about ten seconds, and it’s called “flash pasteurization.” Then, once they’ve heated the product up for ten seconds, they run it through these cooling chambers, and then it’s cold-filled, so that allows us to have a very long shelf life without refrigeration or preservatives.

So, a world famous economist, Paul Zane Pilzer—he’s been an economist for presidents—in his book, The Next Trillion, he talks about why the wellness industry will exceed the one trillion healthcare or sickness industry in the next ten years. He talks about people wanting to start spending money in a preventative manner as opposed to a reactive manner, with all of the medicines and the side effects. And so right now, it’s a five hundred billion dollar industry and he’s predicting it’s going to go to a trillion dollar industry.
So, in his next book, The Wellness Revolution, he talks about how to make a fortune in the next trillion-dollar industry. And he talks about owning your own home-based business in the health and wellness industry. So, let’s kind of talk about the different ways you can get involved with our opportunity. The first way is you can buy one bottle for thirty dollars. That thirty dollars is going to give you access to the product, your own position with the company, and then it will allow you to start making money on the first generation of people you introduce to the business.
Now, to give you and example, if you’re buying the product for thirty dollars, and you have somebody else who wants to buy the product, that person would be considered first generation to you. If they buy one bottle, you make five dollars every single month that they continue to buy that one bottle. If they buy two bottles, you’d make ten dollars every single month.
If they bought a case, twenty dollars, and if they bought two cases, forty dollars. There’s no limit to how many people you introduce in this first generation bonus. You can stay on one bottle for the rest of your life and you can introduce as many people as you want to to this opportunity, depending on what they buy, that’s what you make.
Now, when your first generation people start sponsoring people, then that would be considered second generation to you. In order to get second-generation commissions, you would need t either come in on $55 or upgrade to $55 for two bottles. So you’re getting a little bit of a discount, but now you can make money on your first generation people and your second generation people. When your second generation people decide to buy the product, there’s no limit to how many can buy on your second generation. You can make anywhere from $2.50 a month up to $20 a month, depending on if they’re buying from one bottle to two cases.
Now, another way that you can enroll, maybe the best option, is to come in for $100, or you can upgrade for $100, and that gives you access to three generations of commissions, meaning you introduce somebody, they introduce somebody, and then the third generation would be next. And so, on your third generation, you can receive anywhere from $1.25, all the way up to $10 month after month.
Now, the Pro Package is someone coming in on two cases a month for $200. That gives you access to four generations of commissions right off the bat or anytime throughout your business. You can upgrade to these different packages, no problem. You can upgrade anytime you want. But on your fourth generation, you can receive anywhere from $1.25, all the way up to $10 on a two case auto-ship. Now, there are seven ways to get paid on the Mandura opportunity, and we’re not going to go through all seven ways, but this gives you an example of the different ways we pat. You can also see this on the pdf.
Now, I do want to talk concepts real quickly, because most of you have seen structures like this. You know, you’re at the top and you enroll three people who enroll three people who enroll three people. But I want to talk about concepts, because when I started looking at different companies and different compensation plans, what I realized was the fault with most network marketing companies is that when your first person starts sponsoring people, it will never help your second person.
And when your second person starts sponsoring people, it will never help the first or the third. Or when your third person starts sponsoring people, it never helps the first and the second. There’s division between these people, because they’re not under each other. So, that comp plan—every one that I’ve ever seen with multiple legs creates envy, jealousy, and strife because when number one starts doing well, number two’s upset because they didn’t sponsor that person. And a lot of times, numbers one, two, and three all know each other because you knew all of them. So I literally started praying, saying, “Lord, how do we create unity in our compensation plan as opposed to division between one, two, and three.”
And literally, the Lord put on my heart to take everybody and put everybody in a straight line so that everyone is working together. Now, if you’re able to sponsor more than three, where could you place them?
You’d be forced to put them under the third person. If your first person starts sponsoring people, where do they put people? Under the third person. If your second person sponsors people … people that got in before you—where would they put people? They were forced to put people under your third person. So now, instead of everybody being divided and everybody not wanting to work together, now you’ve got everybody working together.
So let’s talk about that for a minute. How would that work? Everyone that enrolls after you counts toward your team volume, so regardless of how many people we have in the company, whether it’s 8,000 or 80,000, when those people decide to start sponsoring people, they sponsor under the last person that enrolled. And so when they start sponsoring people, they will start placing people under you.
So before you ever even engage or take action, you could have a hundred people or two hundred people in your organization because if we’re averaging one hundred to two hundred to three hundred people a day coming in, regardless of you taking action, that’s how many people will be placed in your organization.
But let me also say, right here on the record, if you don’t sponsor anybody, regardless of how many people are placed in your organization, you are not going to make any money. There’s a Scripture that says of you don’t work, you shouldn’t eat. So, we want people to go to work and to take action, but we don’t want you to do it all by yourself.
Now when you decide to go to work and enroll somebody—let’s assume they buy a case—regardless of how deep you place them, they’re considered first generation to you, and you will receive a $20 bonus month after month if they are buying a case.
Now, when other people enroll people, where do they place people? They might place them under your person that just got started and it starts building their organization and it causes them to want to take action. Now, when your first generation people start sponsoring people, then those are considered second generation, and you’ll receive $10 every single month if they’re buying a case, and then those people start sponsoring people, and you see how it just starts working together, a team effort where everybody’s helping everybody.
Now, we have eight generations of levels, or I should say eight generations of bonuses that happen when you introduce people to the business, and that is called “group volume bonuses.”
Now, the group volume bonuses—we’re just going to give some examples, because I want you to understand how it works. Anybody you enroll into the business is considered first generation, and let’s assume that you invite five people to enroll on a case.
Now, there’s no limit—you can invite five, ten, five hundred, it doesn’t matter—and every single time, if they buy a case, you’re getting $20. If they buy less than that, see the chart, if they buy more than that, you an also see that on the chart. We’re just going to use the example of five.
Now, to buy a case, it’s $100 with us, and so if you enroll five people on your first generation at $20 each, you’d be making a $100 a month. You would basically just offset the cost of your product.
Now, you’re drinking a product that’s really not costing you anything, it tastes good, it’s good for you, why would you stop?
Now, we want to teach those five people the exact same thing, and five getting five is twenty-five, and $10 each is $250. So we just want to give some examples here of everybody getting five. Like I said, there’s no limit on how many people you can enroll, and so we give an example, and we don’t actually show you the potential commission over the eight generations, because I don’t want to scare you, but I do want to show the potential of that because there’s no limit on any of those levels, like I said—any of these generations, actually—there’s no limit to how much you CAN earn, but individual results may vary, so just take a look at that and know the potential of the opportunity.
Now, to talk about the other bonuses is the team volume bonuses.
Now, team volume bonuses come from everyone who is placed in your organization regardless of whether you placed them there or not.
Now, we have 20% of total company revenues that we’re paying out every single month in 20 separate one percent bonus pools.
Now, we want people to achieve, so we’ve stretched those 20 bonus pools out so that you can easily achieve each of those as you move through the ranks.
Now, how hard is it to receive your first one? We didn’t design this so that only 2% of people can qualify for it. We want everyone to be able to take action and qualify for it. So, to earn your first crown rank, you need to enroll one person on a case—that would equal 100 group volume points. So you make one sale of one person to buy one case, you would have enough to have 100 group volume points.
Well, as soon as your team volume, which is everybody in the company that has come in after you, that creates your team volume, or TV. As soon as you have 10,000 team volume points—which literally has been happening so fast that it happens in about a day at our current rate of growth—so as soon as you have one person, or 100 GV, 10,000 TV you will share in one percent of total company revenue with everyone that has just done what you just did.
Now, that number might start small, and as the company grows, there’s potential increase there, but that’s not the only bonus, because as soon as you have 300 group volume points, you can also qualify for your second bonus pool, so now you would receive your first and second as soon as you become a bronze crown.
But that’s not many people—it’s about three people on a case in order to receive 300 group volume points. The 20,000 is happening in about two days time, so that part can happen very, very quickly. To become a silver crown, you need 500 group volume points, also 30,000 team volume points to receive your third bonus pool. To receive your fourth, gold crown, is 700 group volume points, 40,000 TV, and to be platinum is 1,000 group volume points, 50, team volume points.
And this is just five out of the twenty, but you can see how we’ve gradually stepped it up, and this happens all throughout the comp plan so that you can constantly work towards accessing more and more of these bonus pools.
Now, to give you an example—this is just for illustrative purposes only—when Mandura starts shipping 100,000 cases per month, the 100,000 per month would be in each of the one percent bonus pools, and that 100,000 in each of those twenty separate bonus pools would be paid out every single month, and would be divided by the number of people in those ranks.
As you move up the ranks, you’re going to be sharing that with fewer and fewer people because that’s just the way the numbers work. As you achieve more, you’d be sharing that with less and less people, but you could share in twenty separate bonus pools in addition to the eight group volume bonuses that we talked about earlier.
